Like being 16 again.

Ryan and I went to Bowery Ballroom last night to see Nada Surf and Say Hi to Your Mom. Nada Surf is one of my favorite bands and the last time I saw them was at Club Babyhead when I was 16. (Remember Babyhead you Providence people? It was great, so small, the band had to mingle with the crowd cuz they had nowhere else to go.) I've been buying their albums since but never had the opportunity to see them again, until last night. They were wonderful. The new songs are so well-crafted and catchy.

They had a special guest too, Sean Nelson of Harvey Danger. He sang on a few songs. If you're a fan, Harvey Danger's new album is available as a free download. Check out their site.
