Something like a phenomenon.
There's something wierd going on in my neighborhood. Since this morning there have been orange balloons floating from Dobbin St. to N. 14th. They're all tethered to different rooftops. I have no idea if it's some sort of art piece, a prank, or maybe some weather-related thing. Here's a picture:

They're a protest to signify the height of the buildings proposed for the waterfront
